We are in the process of building a strong team for the GSA OASIS+, which is expected to be released as RFP in April 2023. However, we still have some Small Business Domains that we need to GAP with Strong Past Performances/Partners.

Our Channel of companies hold various Industry Certifications and Top-Secret and Secret Facility Clearances that enable our Team to bid on almost any Clearance required work.

We have access to over 10+ IDIQs/GWACs, including CIO SP3 SB, STARS III, ITES-3S to name a few.

Please respond at your earliest convenience if you are a company with qualifications to participate under the following Small Business Domains in below mentioned pools:

● Total Small Business

● SDVOSB

The Domains that are currently within scope of the Master Contract are:

● Management and Advisory

● Technical and Engineering

● Research and Development

● Intelligence Services

● Environmental Services

● Facilities

● Logistics

If you have projects [QP] in any of the functional areas mentioned above with the following criteria with a recency of 3 years or ongoing.

Total Contract Value of more than $2 Million [ Preferable $5 Million and above] FTE with the contract at least 5 or more [20 FTEs would be a plus]

Providing services that involve 5 or more personnel with individual security clearances: Secret, Top Secret, Q (DOE)

Task order is from a competitive environment like MA IDIQ or GWAC or Multiple Award BPA CPARS rating positive with Very Good, Excellent rating

Managing 5 or more subcontractors/teaming partners

Performance of that Contract/TO spanned 5 or more different Labor Categories OR

Performance spanned 3 or more distinct functional areas under those domains

NOTE: The more match to the above requirements means more scores for your scorecard. These are based on the Second Draft RFP so far.
