The GSA awarded BiC-1 LLC. an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract under rolling admissions of the GSA Occupancy Agreement Space Inventory System (OASIS) Small Business (SB) multiple-award contract vehicle Best-in-Class (BIC) solutions make procuring complex professional services expedient by maximizing streamlined acquisition processes. OASIS core disciplines: • Engineering services • Scientific services • Logistic services • Financial services • Management consulting services • Program management • Research and development The government estimates approximately Contract Ceiling Value: $60 billion+ Now Unlimited Ceiling in services, will be procured per year via orders issued under the GSA OASIS Plus multiple award contracts. These MACs have a 2.5-year base period of performance with an additional five-year ordering period option. This award allows BiC-1 to bring current ALL Agencies and clients' work to this vehicle and to expand our Management & Advisory Services and Technical & Engineering Services competing amongst a small group of 800+ small businesses.

The BiC-1 Program Management Office (PMO) has conducted formal BiC-1 company appraisals for alignment to the TO-Proposal submission incorporating the Auto-Relevant evaluation criteria for the RFP and TO submissions, this includes scoring and weighted BiC-1 criteria of our companies’ cross walked to our customers’ requirements.
