If your projects [QP] fall within any of the functional areas mentioned above and meet the following criteria within the last three years or are ongoing, we would like to hear from you:

Total Contract Value exceeding $2 million [Preferably $5 Million or more]

Contract must have at least 5 or more Full-Time Equivalents (FTEs) [20 FTEs or more would be a plus]

Provision of services that require 5 or more personnel with individual security clearances such as Secret, Top Secret, or Q (DOE

)The task order must be from a competitive environment such as MA IDIQ or GWAC or Multiple Award BPA CPARS rating, with a positive rating of Very Good or Excellent

Management of 5 or more subcontractors/teaming partners

Performance of the contract/TO must have spanned 5 or more different Labor Categories ORPerformance must have spanned 3 or more distinct functional areas under those domains.

Please note that the extent to which your projects match the above requirements will reflect on your scorecard. It is essential to keep in mind that these criteria are based on the Second Draft RFP as of now.
