Over 25 years of experience helping businesses grow with Win/Win outcomes where all engaged parties grow stronger, by delivering more value to customers.  Charles has worked in executive level Corporate and Business Development positions at JD Power & Associates, Noxell Corporation (Cover Girl Makeup), Fruit of the Loom, Insights & Solutions and APN Staffing & Employment Solutions.  He has grown government contracting business for companies from scratch, obtaining contracts with the Air Force, National Park Service, BIA and other government and tribal agencies.  Charles helps 8a, HUBZone, EDWOSB, SDVOSB and other SBA small businesses succeed. He is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, SWAE Board Member (Baldrige Performance Excellence Program), and has served on Logistics Teams for AzCHER.  Charles works closely with many minority organizations and agencies, including the American Indian and Hispanic Chambers of Commerce, Native American PTAC, and Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA).  He holds a Masters in International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management- Marketing & Finance and a BA from Arizona State University in Latin American Studies.
